Spine Success

Throughout our lives we come across pain that in some way is directed from our spine.

Our spine is the central core of our nervous system and these nerve fibers control the movements in our body. Our muscles and bones need these nerve fibers to work properly, so that our posture, movement, strength, and balance are working properly as well.

Staying active in our lives is a key importance to maintaining spine success. When lack of activity is present your body will lose the energy needed to control the human body. Keeping active maintains and increases this ability to work properly. Not only will you become physically injured by lack of being active, but also your mental focus in life decreases. You will become unproductive and fall into a downward state of losing energy. Eventually this will cause major problems with your body and physical exhaustion occurs regularly throughout your life.

Better Results

The massage before my chiropractic treatment helps me relax my neck and shoulders for better results. The pain level before the combination of massage/treatment was 2 times more than now.

Fantastic

The main word to describe massage is fantastic. It really helps me relax my tight, sore muscles. I feel it also helps my adjustments to go really easy and I feel so much better.

There is just no better feeling!

The massage therapists here at Shelby County Chiropractic really know how to get you relaxed and work out the kinks. One massage per week helps me feel better through the rest of the week. Combined with chiropractic , there is just no better feeling!

Massage therapy is the best!

I'm on my sixth month of massage therapy and it has done wonders for me. I always look forward to my appointments. I wish that I could come 24 hours, 7 days a week. It really helps me relax and my headaches seem to be better. Massage therapy is the best!

I feel like a whole new person

I, Carla Beach, have been coming to Dr. Stapleton since October 2007 for low back pain due to a slip and fall. My pain started out as a 9, with 10 being the worst. I have had several massages during my visits and they have truly been terrific! The massages relaxes me, relieves my stress, and I feel like a whole new person. I would recommend massage therapy to anyone! So, go to Dr. Stapleton and try a massage for yourself, TODAY!

Gifted Hands

I have been getting massages to help relieve migraines. Charlene works on the muscles in my back and neck to ease tension and tightness. She truly has "gifted" hands.

Surprised

I've never had a massage by a professional before; I was surprised how much it helped the tension in my neck. I felt 50% better.

I feel progressively better each day!

The benefit that I am currently receiving through massage therapy is incredible. Without frequent adjustments and massages, I would be suffering through physical therapy for a lower back injury. Physical therapy was actually increasing the amount and frequency of severe pain. With the massage therapy I have been receiving, I am able to take less pain medications and I feel progressively better each day!

Erin Cirre

It is a deep tissue massage

As part of my therapy, I have been having a massage. It relaxes me so that my adjustments are easier. The massage is not a cutesy pit or pat, it is a deep tissue massage that relaxes me and my muscles. I believe that it has helped me with my headaches and tension.

I found massage to be very helpful

Massage helps relieve stress and tension. After a fall from a roof, I found massage to be very helpful with soreness and stiffness. I feel a massage is needed at least every other week to keep me moving and motivated.

Feeling Good All Over

Prior to my chiropractic care, I had constant neck pain, stiffness and limited movement in turning my head. I had lower back pain also, that caused leg pain. With chiropractic care, my pain and stiffness has reduced greatly. I can comfortably turn my head and the stiffness is greatly reduced. My back pain interfered with my sleeping, but now I can turn over i bed with no pain. The lessening of the back and neck pain really contributes to feeling good all over.
