Dr. Stapleton“I thought my friend was crazy,” remembers Dr. James Stapleton. “when he insisted that I try chiropractic since I was experiencing almost daily back pain after lifting heavy furniture at G.G Goettler's. Reluctantly, I agreed and went for my first visit. Little did he know how much this decision would affect my life.”

James completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at The University Of Western Ontario. After completing his degree, James went to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. During his four years at Logan, James' course of study included biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care at several chiropractic clinics. “We love skeptics,” smiles Dr. Stapleton. “I still remember the concerns and apprehension I had when I went to the chiropractor for the first time. So we make it a point to explain everything in advance, answer questions and attempt to over communicate. Patients appreciate that.”

He also enjoys outdoor activities such as Mountain Biking and he completed his first Mini-Marathon last year. He also has a passion for music and plays a variety of instruments. James sees his chiropractor regularly to ensure his nervous system is clear and stress-free. He also sees his massage therapist bi-weekly.

“My practice members love the fact that I am an excellent listener. I look forward to to meeting you in person and discussing your specific health challenge. Give our Shelbyville office a call.”
